his building was developed on a greenfield site with two-story office accommodation and associated car parking within a landscaped Business Park and designed to meet the requirements of the Manufacturing and Technology Industries.
The mechanical installation consisted of LTHW, Water services, Ventilation, Heat Pump, Solar Panels, Electrical Controls & Soils and wastes.

Description of works carried out: Strip out existing oil boilers. Supply and install 2No. sectional gas boilers. Alterations to existing LTHW pipework to include zoning of existing circuits. New external gas pipework from the new LPG gas tank. Alterations to the existing controls panel and new boiler flues to existing masonry chimneys. All electrical work and builder’s work was carried out under KMS contract.

Description of Works: The project consisted of Biomass boiler replacement with a new Air source heat pump and alterations to the existing LTHW pipework and backup oil boilers system. All associated external calpex underground LTHW pipework to external heat pump. Upgrade of Electrical controls system. Commissioning of all plant on completion. All Electrical and builder’s work was carried out under KMS contract.

New water services to all areas of the hospital. New heat pump installation and complete upgrade of the electrical control system.
